We ship all orders directly from Ukraine with care and attention to detail.

Standard delivery is already included in the final price you see at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• European Union: 5–10 business days

• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

• United States: 7–14 business days

• Other countries: 7–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, local postal services, or seasonal delays.

Customs & import duties
Orders shipped may be subject to customs fees or import taxes determined by your country’s regulations. These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Our return policy follows EU consumer protection standards and applicable US consumer regulations.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order — no reason required.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition 

• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

To start a return, contact us within the  30-day withdrawal period. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund within 14 days, using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photos so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.
